We accept payment through Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay)
All our products are priced in euros (€). Other currencies will be calculated at Stripe. Currency calculators are also available online.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the product is wrong or faulty, you can return it within 14 days and exchange it or get your money refunded. When returning your product, please contact us before sending the item back to us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you more information regarding the process and the shipping. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns with improper postage or postage not paid will not be accepted by us. In case of our mistake, product is wrong or faulty, we will refund the price of the product and all delivery expenses to you. Otherwise we do not cover the delivery fee.
To complete your return, we require the copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

- reason for the return
- copy of the order confirmation

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Also sale items can be refunded, but we will not cover the delivery fee.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you further instructions how to send the product back to us and how to get a new one.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
